We also recognize the leadership role of women and we resolve to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment and to ensure their full and effective participation in sustainable development

• Community has grown more food both for consumption and sell. The projects have complimented government’s efforts in the promotion of women’s right ,security and slight change of attitude towards women’s rights as noticed in reported cases. Community has learnt how to start small businesses

Plan for more trainings on leadership, lobbing and advocacy good governance, gender based violence and food security among women and men leaders. Further lobby to as extend to more substance. Advocacy on discrimination genders based on violence right from the grass root level including men groups.
